My Role: Cisco Senior Technical Writer:

I worked with John Chislett at Cisco Systems, Inc. we supported Cisco Advanced Services together while assigned to the Bank of America account.

John was assigned to work with me on my role of as Project Owner of Data Center and DMZ artificial intelligence and automation project.

John’s commitment to the project was unparalleled and exhibited his enthusiasm and professionalism. He worked on evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our Development Team who were located throughout the world, particularly in APAC.

John was meticulous and worked tirelessly to implement version control initiatives to support AGILE / SAFe Project Management to support both Cisco and BOA, under constant deadlines and changes in a very fast paced 2-week cycle.

As the primary tech writer for the Data Center Tower, John was challenged to update multiple documents and types of documents in Word, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and a variety of other formats used.

John’s role was crucial to the success of the project. He worked me tirelessly and relentlessly during Functional Testing to meet the strict requirements required in order bring the BPA Product to the customer in a strict fashion that became the template for the entire process.

I’d highly recommend John for any role. He creative, bright, and intuitive. His mastery of his tools only help him to illustrate his attention to detail and ability to get the job done.

John worked in Cisco Advanced Services for Cisco’s oldest and largest client, which by itself, is a testament to his skill and aptitude.

Thanks John for helping me create a series of products for the client that made sense and helped make a complicated product a lot easier to demonstrate to the Bank of America’s VP, Architect and Network Engineers, and other interested parties on a Global Level. Your work is world class.
